The Effect of the Opening Goal by the Home Team in Ligue 1 in the 11-20 minutes time band

Posted on: October 16th, 2016 by Jonny Grossmark

Is football really 50% random if you profile games with similar events in individual leagues ?

In the table below I have added the last 34 games in Ligue 1 where the home team opened the scoring 11-20 minutes , 94% ended a home win and 6% ended an away win

If you are wondering why the draw will be rare in this profile in Ligue 1 > expectation of acceleration of goal production and lowered expectation of the away teams fighting back .
