Since 2011-2012 in the Premier League where the home team opened the scoring on 8 minutes or before

797 goals and 210 games > please note that the number of games may be variable for different data providers in terms of the registered time of the opening goal.

797/210 = 3.80 average goal production

149-36-25 < home teams won 71%

54% ended over 2.5 goals > 1/0.54 = 1.85 < as it happens , in games in the Premier league where the home team open the scoring in the 0-10 minutes time band , over 3.5 will be offered at around 1.83 so if you take that price then the value will not be with you. Your focus in this profile in the Premier League should be on survival analysis which is the ability / lack of ability of the team that open the scoring to hold their advantage > In the Premier League in games where the home team open the scoring in the 0-10 minutes time band the betting industry in general will have a much higher expectation > 1-1 then they should do because in this profile in the Premier League in general as a result of the early home goal ( opening goal by the home team in the 0-10 minutes time band ) there will be lowered expectation of the away team fighting back even if they are the perceived stronger team .

Since the 2011-2012 season, the amount of games where the Home team scored first and the First goal was scored On or Before the 8th minute…
Total Games: 84 Total Goals: 294 Average Goals: 3.5
Min Goals: 1
Max Goals: 9

I did manage a slight chuckle when I looked at the data provided by Adam < we are certainly seeing the early goal receive more exposure recently then in previous years but I am still waiting for that automated application to arrive on the market which in my eyes should be called GAME STATE and match <
